Refunds are only applicable for events (including virtual classrooms, in-person courses and mock interviews) that have been cancelled or rescheduled. In such cases, a refund of the original course or event fee will be provided. 

5. Course Outcomes and Accreditation Disclaimer

Medset makes every effort to align its courses with the standards and requirements set by relevant accrediting bodies. However, we make no guarantee that completing our courses will result in points, qualifications, or any favourable outcomes in speciality recruitment, other professional assessments, or career progression. We advise verifying the specific requirements of your accrediting or regulatory bodies before purchasing any course or educational material. Medset is not liable for any decision or outcome relating to the recognition or acceptance of our courses by external organisations or assessors. No refunds can be granted on the basis that points were not awarded from our courses.
