Dr Joseph Lipton
Joseph Lipton is a Consultant Anaesthetist at Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in London. He helped design the assessment strategy for the 2021 Anaesthesia curriculum, leading on devising Entrustable Professional Activities for the Initial Assessment of Competence. Joe is currently the lead for Assessment in the Anaesthetic Curriculum Development and Assurance Group at the the Royal College of Anaesthetists.
Ekanjali Dhillon
Ekanjali Dhillon is a healthcare leader with over 14 years of experience specialising in digital transformation and improving patient care. Currently leading the transition to Meditech Expanse at HCA-UK, she combines her clinical expertise and leadership skills to optimise clinical workflows. As a GMC-registered physician with a Master’s in Medical Leadership from Bayes Business School, she is passionate about leveraging technology to advance healthcare delivery.
Mr Francis Ugwu
Francis Ugwu is a General Surgical Registrar, Clinical Educator and PhD candidate at the Institute of Global Health Innovation under Lord Professor Darzi. He has a passion for teaching and mentoring, with a specialist interest in the development of innovative training platforms within the NHS, and non-technical skills within medicine and surgery.
